You might have a serious debate over a creative issue with someone at work today. What makes this so difficult is there's no right or wrong answer, just a difference of opinion. Nevertheless, you may become discouraged if you feel as if you are not being heard. Don't take your fight too far. But if you are overruled, at least make sure that your ideas have been acknowledged before you let go and move on.
